- 2 beef fillets about 200g each
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs parsley or basil for garnish
Prepare the beef fillets by seasoning them with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
