Cranberry Brie Bites for Effortless Entertaining

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese rind removed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into 2x2-inch squares and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square.
  • Top each piece of brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  • Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center and pinch to seal.
  • Brush the tops of the bites with beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with herbs.
