Cranberry Brie Bites for Effortless Entertaining
Baked Cranberry Brie Bites made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese rind removed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg beaten
- Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into 2x2-inch squares and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square.
Top each piece of brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center and pinch to seal.
Brush the tops of the bites with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with herbs.
