- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150 g Camembert cheese
- 100 g cranberry sauce
- 50 g pistachios chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
Cut the rolled pastry into a tree shape.
Spread cranberry sauce evenly across the pastry.
Cut the Camembert into small pieces and arrange on top of the cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cheese.
Fold the edges of the pastry to enclose the filling.
Brush the entire pastry with beaten egg.
Place the pastry on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with rosemary.
