Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 150 g Camembert cheese
  • 100 g cranberry sauce
  • 50 g pistachios chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  • Cut the rolled pastry into a tree shape.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly across the pastry.
  • Cut the Camembert into small pieces and arrange on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cheese.
  • Fold the edges of the pastry to enclose the filling.
  • Brush the entire pastry with beaten egg.
  • Place the pastry on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with rosemary.
