Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Coat each chicken breast in olive oil, then dredge in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
