  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in evenly.
  • Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down firmly to ensure an even layer.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
