Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down firmly to ensure an even layer.
Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
