Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil if baking

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying.
  • Prepare a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • If baking, place the chicken sticks on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil; if frying, heat the oil in a skillet.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or fry until golden brown and cooked through.
