While the wings bake, prepare the Buffalo sauce by melting butter and mixing it with hot sauce and vinegar.
Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
Toss the baked wings in the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with your choice of dips and celery sticks.
