Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the patties lightly with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
