Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove cooked shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously.
