Pour the apple cider mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 30 minutes.
Check the chicken for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
