Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well-mixed.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of each patty.
Return the patties to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Assemble the sliders by placing each turkey patty onto a slider bun.
Top each slider with additional cranberry sauce if desired, then serve hot.
