Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese e.g., cheddar or mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well-mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your slider buns.
  • Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of each patty.
  • Return the patties to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
