Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in a greased baking dish.
Layer four tortillas over the chicken mixture, followed by another layer of the chicken mixture and one cup of shredded cheese.
Repeat the previous step, finishing with a final layer of tortillas and the remaining cheese on top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
