Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, and sour cream.
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto the center.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to create a wrap.
  • Place each wrap seam-side down in a baking dish and sprinkle with any remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
  • Let the wraps cool briefly before slicing in half and serving.
