Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced garlic, and sour cream.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling onto the center.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to create a wrap.
Place each wrap seam-side down in a baking dish and sprinkle with any remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
Let the wraps cool briefly before slicing in half and serving.
