- 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup fried onion rings
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
