This Quick Air Fryer Turkey Sandwich offers a crispy exterior and savory filling, making it an ideal choice for a satisfying lunch or a quick dinner option.
- 8 oz deli turkey sliced
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Lettuce leaves for layering
- Tomato slices optional
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
Layer the deli turkey and cheese on top of the spread.
Add lettuce and tomato, if using, and top with the second slice of bread.
