- 1 pound of pound cake cubed
- 2 cups of cranberry sauce
- 1 cup of vanilla pudding
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Prepare the pound cake and cut it into cubes.
Layer the pound cake cubes at the bottom of the trifle dish.
Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cake.
Add a layer of vanilla pudding next.
Whip fresh cream and layer it on top of the pudding.
Sprinkle cinnamon and chopped pecans on top (if using).
Repeat the layers until the dish is filled.
Chill the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving.
