Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pound cake cubed
  • 2 cups of cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup of vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the pound cake and cut it into cubes.
  • Layer the pound cake cubes at the bottom of the trifle dish.
  • Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cake.
  • Add a layer of vanilla pudding next.
  • Whip fresh cream and layer it on top of the pudding.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and chopped pecans on top (if using).
  • Repeat the layers until the dish is filled.
  • Chill the trifle for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves just before serving.
