Instructions

  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour, yeast, and salt.
  • Add warm water and olive oil, then mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  • Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  • Shape the risen dough into a Christmas tree on a baking tray.
  • Add your toppings: press cherry tomatoes, olives, and herbs into the dough.
  • Let the dough rest for 20 minutes to allow for some final rise.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
