Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss until they’re fully coated in the marinade.
Arrange the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before removing from the oven.
Let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley.
