- 2 pounds beef chuck roast cut into cubes
- 1 large onion chopped
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- Parsley chopped (for garnish)
Prepare the beef by cutting it into cubes.
