Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat thoroughly with the glaze mixture.
Place the glazed chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
While the chicken bakes, prepare the potatoes by boiling them in salted water until tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot to dry out for a minute.
Add the milk and butter to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
Season mashed potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Once chicken is done baking, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced glazed chicken over a generous scoop of creamy mashed potatoes.
