Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C)

In a separate bowl, mix eggs and food coloring.
Combine the egg mixture with the cream cheese filling.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
Bake for 60-70 minutes until set.
Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door ajar.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
