Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Food coloring red

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C)
  • Prepare the crust by mixing flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and oil.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla to the cream cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs and food coloring.
  • Combine the egg mixture with the cream cheese filling.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes until set.
  • Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door ajar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
