Stir in the crushed tomatoes and uncooked lasagna noodles.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
