Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped green onions.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the surface.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
