Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce preferably Frank’s RedHot
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese dressing, and hot sauce.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped green onions.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the surface.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
