Cookies and Cream Cookies offer a delightful crunch with a creamy center, making them an irresistible treat for gatherings, celebrations, or cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies like Oreos
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the crushed cookies and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
