Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the shells down the middle.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the heavy cream and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine.
