Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan and chill.
  • Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust.
  • Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk.
