Layer the sliced pepperoni over the cheese, followed by a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of each roll-up with olive oil for added flavor and browning.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Allow to cool slightly, then serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
