Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border at the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Layer the sliced pepperoni over the cheese, followed by a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  • Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
