  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, cooked rice, diced bell pepper, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until everything is well mixed.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly, ensuring every corner is filled.
