Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in granulated sugar before placing on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  • Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
