Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta e.g., penne or fusilli
  • 200 g chorizo diced
  • 250 g broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese optional
