Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheese, cream cheese, and ranch dressing.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles along the perforated lines.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up the triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Lightly spray or brush the tops of the Bombs with cooking spray or oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
