Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheese, cream cheese, and ranch dressing.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles along the perforated lines.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray or brush the tops of the Bombs with cooking spray or oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
