Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic together.
  • Add milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, and combine thoroughly.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
  • Spread ketchup on top of the formed meatloaf, if desired.
