Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Scoop the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Spread a spoonful of ketchup over the top of each meatloaf cup.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Remove the meatloaf cups from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
