Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko recommended
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is baking, prepare the creamy garlic sauce.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream to the garlic sauté, whisking to combine.
  • Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then stir in the chopped parsley.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top.
