Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the diced sirloin steak to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
Incorporate the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella and parsley, mixing until well combined.
Slice the French bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the insides to create space for the filling.
Fill the hollowed bread with the steak and shrimp mixture, pressing it down gently to fit.
Wrap the filled loaf in aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes to crisp the crust.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
