On a baking sheet, unroll the crescent dough and arrange it in a circular shape, overlapping the triangles slightly.
Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture into the center of the dough circle.
Bring the points of the dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal.
Brush the top of the crescent ring with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once baked, allow the ring to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
