Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
