- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup corned beef chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Green onions for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing until smooth.
Fold in shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
