- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta, honey, and lemon juice.
Add the fresh thyme and garlic powder into the mixture.
Blend the mixture using a hand mixer or blender until smooth and creamy.
