Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Add the fresh thyme and garlic powder into the mixture.
  • Blend the mixture using a hand mixer or blender until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
