Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced apples such as Granny Smith
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
